2010 golden globe predictions

With the official announcement of this year’s Golden Globe nominations coming up on Tuesday morning (it is that time of year already?), I figured I would take a stab at predicting this years choices. Though the HFPA is a little tough to call, particularly in the Comedy/Musical categories, here’s my humble attempt.

Best Motion Picture – Drama

Best Lead Actor – Drama

Best Lead Actor – Comedy/Musical
Jim Broadbent (Another Year), Jim Carrey (I Love You Phillip Morris),
Johnny Depp (Alice in Wonderland), Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man 2),
Will Ferrell (The Other Guys)

Best Lead Actress – Drama
Nicole Kidman (Rabbit Hole), Jennifer Lawrence (Winter’s Bone),
Natalie Portman (Black Swan), Julia Roberts (Eat Pray Love),
Hilary Swank (Conviction)

Best Lead Actress – Comedy/Musical
Annette Bening (The Kids Are All Right), Lesley Manville (Another Year),

Best Supporting Actor

    Ugh I hope they do nominate Gwynnie.Everything else about this year is already starting to look quite boring to me.
